Conservazione
The product may be stored at room temperature, in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Once open, it must be kept in the fridge at 0 to +4 °C and used up within a few days.

Modalità di preparazione
Barely heat the jar in a bain marie, arrange slices of toasted bread in a bowl and pour the Carabaccia over them; grate some Pecorino cheese on top and, if you like, finish the dish with a poached egg.
